Every Item is custom engraved and made to order. Once details are confirmed, we will make your special item and ship it within 5-7 business days. Many of our simpler, straight forward designs may be completed much sooner!

We create and ship all of our items from Winston Salem, NC.

All of our items are priced to include your engraving. Sometimes your request might not match the appropriate menu items. We will get in touch to clarify your request and to notify you of any cost or necessary item changes.

YES we can! We love it! Some items are already listed on our website to cover the cost of your artwork or photo adjustments. However, custom items may incur an additional $30 set up fee. Customer will be notified of this situation PRIOR to any work being completed.

As you order, you can upload your images through the website. However, you may also submit them via email to info@onedgelaser.com. Please note your order number in the subject line to help us keep them together.
